Terms

Belegant is developed and will be sold by Nicolas Schneider as a private individual. No public offer, paid order, subscription, or customer contract is currently available through this website. Final terms will identify the seller as legally required, describe the supported product, license, prices, payment terms, digital-delivery process, warranty rights, cancellation rights, and applicable limitations before sales are enabled.

Privacy

The public site currently presents product information and does not accept purchases while sales are closed. Messages sent to support@belegant.app are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a verified inbox and processed to answer the request. The product is designed to process receipt data locally by default; optional account, checkout, AI, diagnostics, and update features may involve separate services. A final privacy notice will name the responsible party, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, customer rights, and contact channel before those production features are opened.

Refunds

No paid orders are currently accepted, so no refund can presently be requested. Before public checkout opens, the refund and withdrawal policy will explain the rules for digital products and subscriptions, the method and time limit for requests, statutory consumer rights, and how cancellations affect access.

Email support@belegant.app in German or English. The address receives mail through Cloudflare Email Routing. Regular support commitments and guaranteed response times do not begin until public sales open; the final support policy will publish expected response windows, required diagnostic information, and escalation routes.
